Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no eye witness of the occurrence of murder of the wife of the informant. Only suspicion is there against the petitioner. The investigation of the case is complete and only material is suspicion.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Manjhagarh Police Station Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10705 of 2018 (3) dt.09-04-2018 No.134 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
