The present writ petition has been filed
Patna High Court CWJC No.12933 of 2017(2) dt.20-04-2023 2/3 seeking the following relief:- "1. That, the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment made by respondents no. 8 to 10 who have illegally encroached the land of Ahar and public road appertaining to Khata No.
38, Plot No. 306 and 292 an area of 22 and 40 decimals respectively situated at Mauza-Mohanpur, P.S. and Anchal- Dinara, District-Rohtas at Sasaram by using muscle/money power in collusion with officials and Gram Panchayat and have constructed pucca house over public road."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer-Dinara, DistrictRohtas at Sasaram, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.
It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer-Dinara, District-Rohtas at Sasaram, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public
Patna High Court CWJC No.12933 of 2017(2) dt.20-04-2023 3/3 Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
