1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits by referring to the show cause filed in the present case that settlement of the land in question has already been made in

Patna High Court MJC No.2037 of 2023(4) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 favour of one Gautami Kanwar by the competent authority, by order dated 25.06.2024, hence the order of this Court dated 05.05.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No.4381 of 2023 has stood substantially complied with, inasmuch as now there is no encroachment since the same has stood regularized.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the law so permits, the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the aforesaid order of settlement, before the concerned authorities of the State Government, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
