The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 arising out of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 389 of 2017 registered under Sections 22, 23, 24 and 27A of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37321 of 2017 (3) dt.15-09-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Bettiah in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 arising out of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 389 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
