JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2021 The present writ petition has been filed only for the purposes of directing the learned Collector, Nalanda at Biharsharif to dispose of the pending appeal filed by the petitioner on 18.03.2018, bearing Supply Appeal No. 1 of 2018 against the order dated 25.02.2017 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Hilsa whereby and where under the P.D.S. license of the shop of the petitioner bearing License No. 41 of 2007 has been cancelled.

The Ld. Counsel for the Respondent State, Shri Alok Ranjan, AC to AAG-5 has got no objection in case appropriate direction is issued to expedite the disposal

Patna High Court CWJC No.17710 of 2021(2) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 of the aforesaid appeal in question.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Collector, Nalanda at Biharsharif to dispose of the aforesaid pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, if not already disposed off.
