The issue involved in the present writ application is that issuance of Ph.D. Certificate under 2009 UGC Regulation. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted her Ph.D. thesis on 26.10.2018, after recommendation, she was awarded Ph.D. by the respondent University vide notification dated 18.03.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has attended the Ph.D. Examination conducted by the University and has passed Ph.D. examination in March 2019, as declared in the Annexure 11, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the University to issue the Ph.D. Certificate as per U.G.C. Regulation 2009, so that the petitioner may utilize her certificate in the process of selection on adhoc basis in the University. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) uma/- U
