Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No.19 of 2017, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown persons in the night looted the tractor of the informant and the informant also claims to have identified miscreants.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the tractor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP, except disclosure of the name of the petitioner by other co-accused in the confessional statement, there is no other materiel against him and the petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2017.

No.11628 of 2018(2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Pintu Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Ara, District Bhojpur in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No.19 of 2017.
