JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-04-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 302, 120B, 307,325,341,323 and 34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on some inconsistencies in the statement of some of the witnesses recorded during investigation.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the specific allegation of causing death by assaulting the victim with iron road on his head is attributed to the petitioner in the FIR and during investigation.

Considering the gravity of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
