JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59925 of 2017 to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner be modified as 'Lal Babu Rai' in place of 'Late Bahadur Rai'.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the father's name has correctly been stated as Lal Babu Rai in the F.I.R., the same through sheer inadvertence has erroneously been mentioned as Late Bahadur Rai in the array of parties.

3. In the above view of the matter, the order dated 12.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59925 of 2017 shall be treated as modified only to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner shall be read as 'Lal Babu Rai' in place of 'Late Bahadur Rai'.
