JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite party-Bihar State Housing Board, Patna submits that a sum of Rs.56,772/- has already been paid to the petitioner in lieu of refund of the amount deposited by him at the time of allotment of the plot in question regarding which original receipts were produced before the Bihar State Housing Board and in case any further original receipt of deposit is produced, further refund of the said sum shall also be made.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court MJC No.2318 of 2024(3) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievance, if any, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The petition stands disposed off.
