JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 409/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused person by using the password of the branch manager paid the forged claim amount of more than one crore. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No beneficiary has made any claim. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation, prayer for bail
