The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rosera P. S. Case No. 154 of 2015/ G. R. No. 697 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offences and the allegation that the petitioner brutally killed his wife, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
