JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-12-2022 Heard Mr. Shyamal Prakash, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Rabindra Kumar for the State. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022 dated 02.04.2022 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have stolen eight buffaloes of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they were arrested in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2022 and have been

They are in custody since 01.06.2022.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022.
