The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.131 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 326 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage was solemnized in the year 2014 and lady has died on account of burn injuries in 2015. The petitioner is the husband of the victim.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date
