2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Daain Act.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners along with other accused persons came at the house of the complainant and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50295 of 2023(2) dt.17-08-2023 2/3 called her Dayan and thereafter, entered in the house of the complainant and assaulted by means of lathi and danda and took away cash of Rs.25,000/-.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. A counter case has been lodged by the complainant after three months of the occurrence and with respect, no explanation has been given by him. He next submits that present case is a counter blast of Hiramma P.S. Case No.25 of 2020 which was lodged by petitioner No.1 against the complainant and his family members and in order to take revenge, complainant lodged false case against the petitioners only with a view to make pressure upon them. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection
