JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2025 It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the parties that in compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 16.01.2024, passed in CWJC No.1939 of 2022, now the petitioner is being paid regular scale of pay attached to Class-III employee. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that the benefits of ACP/MACP has not been granted. In such view of the matter, it is prayed on behalf of the petitioner that

Patna High Court MJC No.2322 of 2024(6) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 liberty be reserved to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
