Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased as per the FIR. Informant is to witness of the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid material and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barahara Police Station Case No.300 of 2017, subject to the condition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9731 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
