JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 11-03-2022 The grievance of the petitioner is regarding allotment of retail outlet. Admittedly, the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Begusarai (hereinafter referred to as "the Corporation") has already written a letter to the petitioner to raise his grievances by way of representation, which the petitioner has raised, however no decision has been taken thereon.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17808 of 2021(2) dt.11-03-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the concerned respondent to dispose off the said representation at the earliest.

We thus dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the respondent Corporation to take a decision on the representation by way of speaking order, within a period of 06 weeks from today.

It is needless to state that if the Corporation requires any more information/ documents from the petitioner, it shall be at liberty to seek the same.
