The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 325 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death of the informant's sister due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand of 2 lacs cash and one bullet motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this present case. Petitioner is brotherin-law of the deceased. He has got no criminal antecedent. He has no concern mess and business of the deceased and her husband. During investigation, the higher Police officer found

There is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner. During investigation on behalf of the informant, application has been filed before the concerned learned Court below which is annexed with this petition, in which it is submitted that this case has been filed due to misconception. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 08.07.2022. The application for bail is vehemently opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 325 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur West.
