JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 07-08-2017 Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the Magadh University (in short 'University), informs this Court that a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 8 to 13 in the Registry.

2. The said affidavit is not there on record.

3. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the University, has, however, made available to this Court, a copy of the said affidavit, so filed in the Registry, a copy of which has been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner-college in course of the day.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the University, referring to the said supplementary counter affidavit, that the University undertakes to send the Inspection Report of the petitioner-college for grant of affiliation for the Academic Sessions 2013-14 to 2015-16 and so far as the Academic Session 2016-17 is concerned, said Inspection Report will also be sent to the State Government by 31.08.2017. It has been stated that, in the meanwhile, the respondent-University shall allow the students

Part-I and Part-II for the Academic Sessions 2016-17, in anticipation of grant of affiliation/approval of affiliation, as contemplated under Section 21(2)(d) of the Bihar State Universities Act, 1976, read with Section 4(19) of the said Act.

5. In view of what has been stated in the said supplementary counter affidavit, the grievance of the petitionercollege stands substantially redressed.
