In this case, the petitioner is seeking in Banmankhi P.S. Case No.194 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 324/307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that the petitioner and other accused person intercepted the informant. Specific allegation has been made that the petitioner has caused injury by gransa. Looking into the nature of the allegation, this Court has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail in the month of January, 2016.
