JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 The instant application has come up for modification of the order dated 21.09.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.24439 of 2015 to the effect that the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below may be extended as well as for correction of Complaint Case number in the last paragraph of the said order. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on 21.09.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.24439 of 2015 whereby they were directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks but they could not surrender in the court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1370 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 time frame.
In the aforesaid circumstances, two weeks further time is granted to the petitioners to surrender in the court below from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and also in the last paragraph of the order dated 21.09.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.24439 of 2015, Complaint Case No. be read as 'C1/2051/12' in place of 'C-1/20151/12' pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Sadar, Sitamarhi.
With the above modification, the instant application is allowed.
