Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2017. The petitioner was the driver of four-wheeler vehicle, which was found to be stolen property by the police.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the vehicle was provided by one Surendra Mandal.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail after completion of six months of custody and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6269 of 2018(3) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khutouna P.S. Case No. 137 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
