2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. relates to the petitioners in Tekari P.S. Case No.26 of 2020 dated 25.01.2020 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, during course of Examination of document by Bihar School Examination Board, Patna regarding appointment of Panchayat Teacher, it was found that the petitioners obtained employment as Panchayant Teacher
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60456 of 2021(3) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. Considering the allegations levelled in the FIR, I am not inclined to quash the FIR and therefore, the application stands dismissed.
