Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with G.O.Case No. 220 of 2017, registered under Sections Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation in brief is that 26.400 liters of Nepali Saufi wine was recovered from the possession of two accused persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no concern with the seized materials and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to political

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Rajesh Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge -II cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with G.O.
