ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 20.1.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 35052 of 2014 Considering that two witnesses have been examined who have supported the prosecution case, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 861 of 2014 arising out of Karakat P.S. Case No. 272 of 2013 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Rohtas at Sasaram.

The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
