The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
From the possession of the petitioner a countrymade pistol and a live cartridge was recovered. The petitioner has got a list of criminal cases against him disclosed at para-3 of the petition.
Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within one year from the date of production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46436 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No.13 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
