1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents particularly the respondent Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to grant second A.C.P. to the petitioner which was due from 11.7.2010 and after grant of second Modified Assured Career Progression to
Patna High Court CWJC No.12813 of 2022(3) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 give benefit of such grant of Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme and accordingly make payment of arrears of salary as also revision in the pensionary benefits of the petitioner including revision in pension and/or for issuance of writ/order/direction for which the petitioner may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case stated herein below."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, i.e. the respondent no.03 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
