2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 504, 506/34 of I.P.C.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he made physical relation with informant on pretext of marriage and took her nude photos and also threatened informant to make her obscene video viral on social media.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the prosecution . The family members of the petitioner denied the marriage of the petitioner with the informant, hence, informant and her family members falsely implicated the petitioner in this false and fabricated case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is clear that the allegation against the petitioner of making physical relation with the informant on pretext of marriage and also threatened to make viral the video of the informant. The informant in her re-statement in para 4 of the case diary has fully supported the prosecution case.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
