However, learned counsel for the H.D.F.C. Bank is present and submitted that the Bank has closed the matter and shall not proceed against the petitioner.

In view of the categorical stand taken by learned counsel for the H.D.F.C. Bank, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
