2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 252 of 2022 (G.R. No. 3044 of 2022) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 302, 307, 379, 326, 120(B) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He has shot the deceased and killed him.

4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
