The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 275 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 03.12.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46355 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2014, up till now, no prosecution witness has been examined and in near future trial is not likely to be concluded to which the learned A.P.P. assisted by

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground at present to reconsider the prayer of bail of the petitioner, again the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
