The petitioner seeks extension of time earlier granted vide order dated 21-08-2015, for surrender in the Court below in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner due to some unforeseen circumstances could not surrender before the Court below within the time fixed by this Court and thus prayed for extension of time.
