JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per complaint petitioner, on the basis of which, F.I.R. has been registered is that the co-accused persons approached the complainant and others and got the amount deposited in their accounts in lieu of providing Job at Kolkata and thereafter, the accused persons also issued job card and also provided training, later on the same was found forged. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner except that he provided job card. It has also been submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49216 of 2019(3) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 other co-accused, namely, Lal Bahadur Maurya @ Lal Bahadur has already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39886 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that one co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, as such, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VII, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S.
