The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further he contended that petitioner is not the owner of the alleged vehicle and he has no concern with the recovered foreign liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
