JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 22.2.2018, seek bail in Gardanibagh PS Case No. 45 of 2018 registered under Sections 417 and 420 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that LTI of the petitioner mismatched from when he appeared in the physical test examination from his earlier LTI taken at the time of written examination. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as other co-accused Himanshu Paswan and others have been admitted by bail by this Court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Jasim Alam @ Md. Jasim Alam and Amit Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-cum- Sub Judge XIV Patna in connection with Gardanibagh PS Case No. 45 of 2018.
