The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2017 in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.131 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that similarly situated person has also been extended the privilege of bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
