JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. This is third attempt for grant of bail almost in a year. Keeping in view the seriousness of the accusation, the prayer of bail was firstly rejected on 26.9.2014. Again, thereafter on 18.3.2015 his bail petition was rejected. And now, again without any substantial change, the petitioner has made a prayer for grant of bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that trial has commenced and two witnesses have been examined. In view of the fact that trial is going on, there is no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50929 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 need to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
