JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dandkhora P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506, 34 of IPC.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that petitioner no.1 who is son of the informant dashed his mother, i.e. wife of the informant on the ground and allegation against petitioner no.2 that he assaulted her by Khanti.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there was a dispute with respect to payment of electricity bills and making use of that and there is false and concocted case has been lodged against them.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

However, they may surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below and if possible, be disposed of on the same day.
