The present application has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga to pass order on the final form (charge-sheet) submitted in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.337/2012 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/120B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that final form (charge-sheet) was submitted before the learned court below on 24.04.2014 but till date no order has been passed on the final form.

It is expected from the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga, to pass order in accordance with law on the final form (charge-sheet) submitted in the aforesaid matter within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1814 of 2016 (2) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 a period of six weeks.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
