The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.64 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 427, 406 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application on behalf of petitioner no.2, namely, Uday Ray @ Dheeraj Kumar.
Permission is accorded.
The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.2, namely, Uday Ray @ Dheeraj Kumar is concerned.

Accordingly, let petitioner no.1, namely, Vishwanath Ray, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.64 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
