ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Khaira (Nagara) P.S. case No.09 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 295A, 296, 323, 337 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran (Chapra).

The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 28.5.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.15570 of 2015 but on condition that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he has fair antecedents. However, there were some other cases pending against the Petitioner and hence he could not file such an affidavit. Be that as it may, the application is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender in the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
