JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 25.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25196/2015 in view of the fact that he was implicated in other criminal cases also and in view of the condition no.1 of the anticipatory bail order dated 25.08.2015, he is required to be taken into custody.

However, after some argument, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application to surrender before the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari in Trial No.5247/2014 arising out of Complaint Case No.C-457/2012 and seek regular bail.

In view of the explanation rendered by him in this application, the prayer is allowed. Let him do so. If he surrenders within a period of three weeks from today and seeks regular bail,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1224 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 then the court below should dispose of the bail application of the petitioner on its own merit preferably on the same day. This application stands disposed of.
