Petitioner seeks bail in Raghopur P.S. Case No.66 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that two persons fled away leaving the motorcycle on seeing the police party. The police recovered 210 bottles of Nepali liquor from dickey of the motorcycle. It is alleged that petitioner is owner of the motorcycle. From the seizure list, it appears that there is no recovery of any foreign liquor from possession of the petitioner. The seizure list does not bear signature of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise, Supaul, in connection with Raghopur P.S.
