In this case, the petitioner is claiming bail with respect to Ujiarpur P.S. Case No.130 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x)i of the S.C./S.T. Act.

It is submitted that the deceased has committed rape with a deaf and dump girl for that the mother of the victim has lodged Dalsingsarai Mahila P.S. Case No.19 of 2015. In paragraph-8 of this petition, it has been stated that the deceased was earlier convicted in Sessions Trial No.526 of 2007. He was released on bail. During that period, he has committed with crime. It has further been submitted that the petitioner was not involved in this case but he has wrongly been named.

Looking into the nature of the allegation and
