The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

By order dated 26.07.2019, both parties was directed to appear before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna.

Report of the Mediator at Flag-'A' reveals that the dispute between the parties is to be resolved through the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46170 of 2019(4) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 process of mediation.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-2, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
