The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Town P. S. Case No. 286 of 2012 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation as also the fact that the present case arises from a complaint and the petitioners are said to be men of clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with
