Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 379/34 of the Penal Code, registered in connection with Sahar P.S.Case No. 20 of 2021.

As per allegation, when the informant was going to purchase potatoes, the petitioner and other accused persons named in the FIR assaulted him and took away Rs. 1,25,000/- form his possession.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the informant both are engaged in business of sand and the present case has been lodged due to business rivalry. He has submitted further that neither the

Considering the above facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedents of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 6th, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sahar P.S.Case No. 20 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
