The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 471 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife causing injury over his cheek, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
