====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Instant Petition under Sections 439 and 440 of Criminal Procedure Code has been moved for grant of bail in Special Case No. 4 of 2018 (R/C-17/A/17), arising out of Bhagalpur Kotwali P.S. (Tilkamanjhi) Case No. 513 of 2017 dated 12.08.2017 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 34 and 477A of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 13(2) read with Sections 13(1)(d) of P.C. Act, 1988. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case, necessary for adjudication of this petition.
